Hiking scheme

Take a hike: The Hiking Scheme encourages the public to do regular physical exercise.

People aged six and above are invited to join a hiking scheme organised by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department and the Department of Health.

The scheme encourages regular exercise and this season's hiking will run until March. There are four categories of recommended hiking trials for selection, including nature, scenery, heritage, and family routes.

Enrolment will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants under 12 must be supervised by adults. Enrolment is $40, and $20 for children, the elderly, full-day students, and the disabled and their minders. For details click here.
