Restaurant closure order lifted

Food & Environmental Hygiene Department

The closure order imposed on a restaurant at the Park Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui has been lifted by the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department.

 

It was closed August 24 after a cluster of food poisonings. Cleaning and disinfection of the premises and improvements in workflow procedures have been taken.

 

During the department's latest inspection, officers were satisfied the immediate health hazard has been eliminated.
