Catering contract: Hospital Authority Chief Executive Dr William Ho and Maxim's Caterers Managing Director Michael Wu sign the hospital food contract.

Patients at some Government hospitals will soon be treated to Maxim's food.

The caterer's Managing Director Michael Wu today signed a 10-year contract with Hospital Authority Chief Executive Dr William Ho.

The service will be launched in west New Territories hospitals in the last quarter of 2005, and extended to Queen Elizabeth Hospital within the next two years.
