A 21-year-old Singaporean woman has been confirmed to have been infected with Dengue fever.

The Centre for Health Protection said she fell ill on May 31 with fever, eye and muscle pain and headache. She was admitted to Prince of Wales Hospital on June 6 and discharged on June 10.

On May 27, she travelled to Hong Kong and the Mainland and her case has been classified an imported one, bringing the year's total cases to seven.
