Chai Wan skateboard park opens
*
Leisure & Cultural Services Department

A new skateboard ground has opened at Chai Wan Pool-side Garden. Those aged eight and above can use the facility free from 7am to 10pm daily. Adult supervision is recommended for users under 12.

At 345 San Ha Street, Chai Wan, the facility has three zones catering to beginner, intermediate and advanced skateboarders.

Construction of the 630-square-metre facility to replace the old skating rink, started last August and was completed last month. It is the second skateboard facility built by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department, following the opening of one in Lai Chi Kok Park in June.
