Product recall: This electronic armatic lamp is not adequately insulated, posing the risk of electric shock.

The Electrical & Mechanical Services Department advises consumers to stop using electric aromatic lamps that Lo Hong Ka Birdnests Wholesale offered as free gifts to customers from February 13 to 20.

The department found that the lamp's exposed electric wires were not adequately insulated, posing the risk of electric shock.

The lamps, in either pink, green or blue glass, have no brand name, model number, or rated voltage and power.

Consumers can contact Lo Hong Ka's customer service hotlines on 2832 3139 or 2722 0837 to return the lamps through the designated collection centres as soon as possible. Other free gifts will be offered in exchange.
