Artists' impressions: Designs by Cheng Ho-yan and Tsui Cheong-ying have been printed to promote the Basic Law; and a special postmark will also be introduced.

A set of two souvenir covers designed by school kids will go on sale September 9 to 24 to promote the Basic Law. HK Post will also introduce a special postmark to mark the occasion.

The designs come from the first prize winners of a competition jointly organised by the Constitutional Affairs and the Education & Manpower Bureaux between March and June.
