The first quarter 2003 issue of the Quarterly Supplement to Statistical Digest of the Services Sector has been published by the Census & Statistics Department.

This issue provides up-to-date quarterly statistics (from the fourth quarter of 2001 to the first quarter of 2003) on Hong Kong's 14 major service industries/domains.

Two feature articles are also included in this issue. The article entitled The Professional Services Industry in Hong Kong describes the key operating characteristics of the industry, its recent business performance and business outlook. 

Another feature article, Land Transport Services, analyses the industry's development over the last decade and highlights its recent trends.
