MK Stadium to open at 5pm for Real broadcast

*

Mong Kok Stadium will open at 5pm tomorrow to screen the Real Madrid exhibition match at HK Stadium live.

 

The match is scheduled to start at 8pm at HK Stadium which will open at 3pm for ticket-holders of the match.

 

There will be ample time for ticket-holders to get properly seated and therefore no need for them to come extra early to queue up overnight, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department says.

 

They are reminded to enter the venue through the designated entrances with their valid tickets.

 

Those without tickets are advised not to go to HK Stadium. Only ticket holders will be admitted.

 

Ticket holders should: 

* not bring in any plastic, glass, metal bottles, containers or dangerous items;

*  not bring any canned or bottled drinks;

*  refrain from smoking; and

*  follow the instructions of stadium staff and the police at the scene.

 

Meanwhile, a maximum of 9,000 fans will be able to see the broadcast on the giant screen free in Mong Kok. All tickets have been allocated by lottery.

 

The department advised those without tickets not to go to the stadium, as only ticket holders will be admitted.

 

Ticket holders should:

* make use of public transport and arrive early for the match;

* follow the instructions of stadium staff and Police at the scene;

* observe the rules and regulations of Mong Kok Stadium;

* refrain from smoking; and,

* not carry plastic or glass bottles, metal containers or dangerous items into the stadium.

 

Motorists are also advised to avoid the area if possible.
