One-stop shop: Hongkong Post, in collaboration with Australia Post, launched an international fulfilment service for Australian natural products. Acting Postmaster General Tsang Kwok-lam and Senior Trade Commissioner with the Australian Trade Commission in Hong Kong Peter Osborne officiated at the launch.

Hongkong Post, in collaboration with Australia Post, has launched an international fulfilment service for Australian natural products.

Purchasers can place orders for a wide range of exclusive products from Western Australia including natural pollen, certified organic avocado oil, medicated honey and sandalwood oil, wildflowers as well as premium boutique wines. 

The completed order forms can be returned in person at any post office, by fax or mail. Customers can also order on-line at Hongkong Post's iShop website. 

Hongkong Post will then arrange with Australia Post to send all ordered products to Hong Kong via Speedpost, clear the custom duties on behalf of customers in the case of wine, and deliver the products to the recipients' door. 

"With the positive public feedback of the wine fulfilment service launched last year, we are confident that other quality Australian products will also be well received by our customers," said Acting Postmaster General Tsang Kwok-lam. 

"We believe that this one-stop-shop arrangement will undoubtedly bring additional shopping convenience to the public in Hong Kong."
