Storm track: Hong Kong Observatory lowered all signals at 7:15am.

The Hong Kong Observatory dropped all storm warning signals at 7:15am as Tropical Storm Kammuri made landfall in Guangdong.

 

The city was spared major damage from the storm, although there were nine reports of fallen scaffoldings and one of fallen windows - with no injuries.

 

There have been 35 reports of fallen trees, and 22 reports of closed or partially closed roads as a result. There were also three flooding cases and one landslide. The tin roof of a four-storey concrete structure at Cha Kwo Ling Road in Kwun Tong was blown off at about 8:30am.
