Cold snap: Commuters rug up as temperatures fall across Hong Kong.
*

The Hong Kong Observatory has issued the cold weather warning after temperatures plunged to 11.1 degrees Celsius today, the lowest so far this winter.

Forecasters expect it to fall to about 10 degrees tomorrow morning in the urban areas and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories.

The weather will be cloudy, cold and dry tomorrow with some bright periods during the day bringing the maximum temperature to about 14 degrees, with moderate to fresh northerly winds.

The Observatory said as the cold weather affect health, people should rug up and keep warm.
