Big Wave, Kadoorie, Butterfly, Lower Cheung Sha, Cafeteria New, Middle Bay, Cafeteria Old, Pui O, Castle Peak, Silver Mine Bay, Clear Water Bay First, Silverstrand, Golden and Turtle Cove beaches are 'fair'.
Ma Wan Tung Wan Beach is 'poor'.
Compared with the previous week, Silverstrand Beach has been upgraded from 'very poor' to 'fair', Cafeteria Old Beach has been upgraded from 'poor' to 'fair', and Clear Water Bay First Beach, Lower Cheung Sha Beach, Pui O Beach and Turtle Cove Beach have been changed from 'good' to 'fair'.
Anglers', Approach, Ting Kau, Casam, Gemini, Hoi Mei Wan and Lido beaches are closed to swimmers year round because of poor water quality.
As many beaches are likely to be more polluted than their grades suggest during and after periods of heavy rain, bathers are advised to avoid beach swimming for up to three days after a storm or heavy rain.
