The first quarter saw 27 land transactions involving a total land premium of $388.64 million, the Lands Department says.
It registered 25 lease modifications and two land exchanges, 15 being modifications of a technical nature involving nil premium. Fourteen were on Hong Kong Island, 10 in Kowloon and three in the New Territories. The transactions excluded small-house cases.
Another six lots were granted by private treaty to the Housing Authority in respect of existing public housing developments.
Transaction records of the lease modifications, land exchanges and private treaty grants are available here.
