February saw three pre-sale consents issued for 139 flats in Tai Po, Tsing Lung Tau and Tung Chung, the Lands Department says.

The Tai Po and Tsing Lung Tau developments will comprise a total of 83 units to be completed this year. The Tung Chung development will involve 56 units to be completed next year.

Thirteen applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential units and one for uncompleted commercial developments, as well as an application for consent to assign 1,688 residential units, are being processed.

The 13 applications involved 6,422 units, in which five developments of 1,226 units will be completed this year, six applications involving 5,082 units to be completed next year and the remaining two developments will involve 114 units.
