The composite interest rate remained steady at 0.11% at the end of January, after staying unchanged in December last year, the Monetary Authority says.
The month saw time deposit rates with a maturity of one year fall 0.28 basis points, while local interbank offering rates with maturities of three months or longer dropped 0.9 to 12 basis points.
