People interested in running Lunar New Year fair stalls can rent a stall at its reserve price from January 12, the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department announced today.

A total of 24 wet goods and seven dry goods stalls, which attracted no bids in the recent open auctions, will be leased at their reserve prices on a first-come-first-selected basis from 9.30am on January 12.

The rent for each of the seven dry goods stalls in Morse Park, Wong Tai Sin, is $1,650, while that of the nine wet goods stalls is $1,810. Fifteen wet goods stalls at Cheung Sha Wan Playground will be rented out at $610 each.
