The Financial Secretary has appointed Peter Wong to succeed Benjamin Hung as a member of the Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Risk Management Committee for two years from January 20.

Mr Wong will also take up chairmanship of Hong Kong Interbank Clearing from Mr Hung from the same date.

The committee is chaired by Ronald Arculli. Chan Ka-lok, Marvin Cheung, Fong Hup, Bill Kwok, Edmond Lau and Keith Lui are serving members.
