Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Rita Lau will attend the opening of 2009 China Trade in Services Congress in Beijing tomorrow.
She will also address the 4th International Seminar on Trade in Services November 24 and meet officials from the Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine.
