One pre-sale consent involving 96 residential units in Wan Chai was issued by the Lands Department in October. The flats are scheduled for completion in April 2010.

Seventeen applications for pre-sale consent for 9,869 uncompleted residential units are pending approval. Among these, three developments involving 193 units are due for completion this year, while nine applications involving 5,318 units are expected to be completed next year, and five involving 4,358 units should be completed in 2011.

Three applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted commercial developments are also pending approval.
