There were 13,067 sale and purchase agreements for all types of building units in May, up 17.2% on April and 28.9% on the same month last year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements was $44 billion, up 9.1% on April and 29.5% year-on-year.

 

Among the agreements, 11,788 were residential units, up 19.6% on April and 42.3% on May last year.

 

The total consideration of these agreements was $39.4 billion, up 24.8% on April and 49.9% compared with the same month last year.
