Castle Peak Rd petrol station allocated

Lands Department

Shell Developments (HK) has been awarded the tender for a petrol station on Castle Peak Road, Kwai Chung, the Lands Department announced today.

 

The company was given a 21-year land grant at a premium of $148.98 million. The site is an existing re-tendered site.

 

The other tenderers were Chevron (HK) and Sinopec (HK).
