3 SFC directors re-appointed
*

The Financial Secretary has re-appointed three non-executive directors of the Securities & Futures Commission - Kenneth Kwok, Prof Liu Pak-wai and Shengman Zhang.

Their appointments are for a two-year term, beginning January 1.

The Government says the three have been instrumental in enhancing the commission's corporate governance, accountability and transparency, and bringing insightful and independent advice to the commission's policy-formulation process over the past two years.

The commission currently has seven non-executive directors. The other four are Dr York Liao, Christopher Cheng, Angelina Lee and Chan Kam-lam.
