Three pre-sale consents were issued for commercial units in October, all located on sites at the West Kowloon reclamation area, the Lands Department says.

Twenty-one applications for consent to sell residential units and six for uncompleted commercial developments are being processed.

The 21 applications involve 8,436 units. One development with 825 units will be completed in December, 13 developments with 3,410 units in 2009, six developments with  4,187 units in 2010, and the rest in 2011.
