The Monetary Authority has launched investigations into complaints about banks' selling practices regarding Lehman Brothers' investment products.

The authority will study all complaints from investors and conclude the investigations as soon as possible by mobilising extra resources.

Action will be taken against banks and their employees once allegations of misconduct are found to be substantiated.
