The Lands Department issued a consent for the sale of 524 uncompleted residential units in Tung Chung in August.

The development is estimated to be completed next June.

At the end of August, 19 applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential units and seven applications for consent to sell uncompleted commercial developments were pending approval.

The residential applications involved 9,332 units. Among them, 16 developments involving 6,985 units are due for completion from later this year and the next. The remaining three developments involving 2,347 units are due for completion in 2010.
