July saw two pre-sale consents issued for 339 flats in Yuen Long and Western District, the Lands Department says. The 244 units in Yuen Long will be completed by next June while the rest should be ready by October next year.
The department also issued one consent for commercial development on Prince Edward Road East, involving 21 units.
Seventeen applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential units, and seven for uncompleted commercial developments, are being processed.
The 17 applications involved 8,077 units. One 825-unit development will be completed in September, 14 developments involving 6,265 units will be finished in 2009, and the rest in 2010.
