Chief Executive Donald Tsang will lead a group of business leaders to Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning July 19 to 26 to promote co-operation and explore business opportunities with the three northeast provinces.

They will meet provincial leaders and visit local enterprises during their visits to Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang and Dalian. The delegation will join business co-operation symposiums on July 21, 23 and 24 in Harbin, Changchun, and Shenyang.

The delegation comprises leaders from the manufacturing, financial services, infrastructure, real estate, logistics, tourism, information technology and professional services sectors.

During Mr Tsang's absence Chief Secretary for Administration Henry Tang will be Acting Chief Executive.
