Kwai Chung logistics site awarded
*
Lands Department

The Lands Department has awarded a site for logistics development on Container Port Road South in Kwai Chung - Kwai Chung Town Lot No.507 - to Shine Fame Holdings on a 50-year land grant at a $648.18 million premium. Its parent company is NWS Service Management.

 

The site has an area of about 23,315 square metres and its gross floor area shall be 38,700 to 64,500 square metres.

 

The other tenderers for the lot were Chevalier Food Trading and Macquarie Goodman Asia.
