The first quarter saw 25 land transactions involving a total land premium of $1.1 billion, the Lands Department says today.
The department registered 19 lease modifications and one land exchange, 11 for residential purposes and nine for non-residential. Six are on Hong Kong Island, 12 in Kowloon and two in the New Territories. The transactions exclude small-house cases.
Another five lots were granted by private treaty - one for religious use in Diamond Hill, the rest to the Housing Authority.
Transaction records of the lease modifications, land exchanges and private treaty grants are available here.
