LPG ceiling prices to fall in March
*
Electrical & Mechanical Services Department

Liquefied-petroleum gas ceiling prices will fall by up to 30 cents a litre, to range from $4.22 to $4.61 per litre from March 1.

The Electrical & Mechanical Services Department said the adjustment reflects the movement of LPG international prices in February.

Prices are adjusted according to a specified formula with two elements - the LPG international price of the preceding month and the LPG operating price. The latter is adjusted on the first day of February each year according to the movement in the Composite Consumer Price Index in the previous year.
