Twenty non-official members have been appointed to the Business Facilitation Advisory Committee for a new term ending December 31, 2009.

They include:

* Florence Chan, Partner of Ernst & Young Tax Services Ltd;

* Oscar Chow, Chevalier International Holdings Ltd Executive Director;

* Philip Fan, China Everbright International Ltd Executive Director & General Manager;

* Aron Harilela, Director of the Harilela Group;

* Angela Lee, Partner in Baker & McKenzie;

* Caroline Mak, Dairy Farm Group's Specialty Retail Director;

* Raj Sital Motwani, Director of Style Asia Ltd;

* Raymond So, Associate Professor in the Chinese University of Hong Kong's Department of Finance;

* Joseph Wong, China Overseas Hotel & Land Development Ltd Managing Director; and

* Stephen Yip, Chairman of Brilliant Rise Holdings Ltd.

Anthony Nightingale, Emily Lau, Tommy Cheung, Dennis Kwok, Leung Kam-leung, Jack Maisano, Eddie Ng, Yu Pang-chun, and Allan Zeman have been reappointed. Andrew Brandler, Stephen Cheung, Gary Fan, Thomas Kwok and Roger Li have retired.
