Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Professor KC Chan will visit Vietnam November 21 to 23 to promote Hong Kong as an international financial centre and a preferred listing venue.

Prof Chan will meet Hanoi officials and leading financial figures to discuss Hong Kong's latest developments.

November 23 Prof Chan will deliver a keynote address at an initial public offering at the Hong Kong Conference in Ho Chi Minh City jointly organised by Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing and the Vietnam State Securities Commission.

He will also visit the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange and meet with market participants in the financial services industry.
