Chief Secretary for Administration Henry Tang will leave Hong Kong for Beijing November 4 to attend the 11th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Co-operation Symposium November 5. He will return to Hong Kong the same day.

Secretary for Education Michael Suen will act as Chief Secretary in his absence.
