Two Government lots have been sold for $6.192 billion, in the sixth public land auction this financial year.

Teamer International Limited won Aberdeen Inland Lot No. 451 for $5.71 billion -128.4% higher than the $2.5 billion opening bid.

The site at Welfare Road has a 6,403-square-metre area and is designated for non-industrial, excluding godown, petrol filling station and hotel, purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 36,120 square metres must be completed.

Lot No. 245 in Demarcation District No. 331 in Cheung Sha, Lantau Island was sold to Champion Top Development Limited for $482 million, 141% higher than the $200 million opening bid.

The16,587-square-metre lot is designated for private residential purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 3,981 square metres must be completed.
