The tender for three petrol stations on Waterloo Road (Kowloon Inland Lot No.11185), Princess Margaret Road (Kowloon Inland Lot No.11194) and Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long Town Lot No.523) have been collectively awarded to Chevron on a 21-year land grant for $402.1 million.

Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the sites to the highest tenderer. The successful tender was submitted on the basis of a single premium for all three sites as a package.

The sites are existing re-tendered sites for the development of petrol stations.
