Sale of Tin Shui Wai flats approved

Lands Department

The Lands Department issued a consent to sell for a residential development in August, involving 1,892 flats in Tin Shui Wai due for completion in March.

 

At the end of August 10 applications for residential units and six for commercial developments were pending approval.

 

The applications for residential flats being processed involved 7,558 units. Of them, six involving 2,166 units were forecast for completion next year and the remaining four applications, involving 5,392 units, were due for completion in 2009.

 

The department also issued a consent to assign a residential development involving 783 units in Tung Chung.

 

There were two applications for consent to assign involving 953 flats and one application for consent to assign a commercial development pending approval.
