The Lands Department issued three consents for residential units and one for a commercial development in July.

The three consents to sell involved 678 uncompleted units in Tai Kok Tsui, Cheung Sha Wan and North Point, due for completion next year and in early 2009.

As at the end of July, 11 applications for consent to sell residential units and six applications for commercial developments were pending approval. The former involved 9,450 units, with 4,058 to be completed next year and the rest in 2009.

The month also saw two applications for consent to assign involving 812 residential units and one for commercial development pending approval.
