Flat sales up 67% on last year

Land Registry

The Land Registry received 11,121 sale and purchase agreements for all types of building units in July, up 67% on the same month last year, but down 7.2% on June.

 

The total consideration of these agreements was $38 billion, up 118.8% on last year, but down 3.4% on the previous month.

 

There were 9,188 sale and purchase agreements for residential units, up 70.2% on last year, but down 4.8% on June.

 

The total consideration of these agreements was $28.7 billion, up 108.7% on last year but down 9.3% on June.
