Going once, going twice ... : New Kowloon Inland Lot No.6309 in Wong Tai Sin is sold to Bethan Company for $3.98 billion.

A government lot in Wong Tai Sin has sold for $3.98 billion at the fourth land auction this financial year. The Lands Department said the price was 32.7% higher than the opening bid of $3 billion.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No.6309 at 3 Chun Yan Street, Wong Tai Sin, was sold to Bethan Company. It has a site area of 9,502 square metres, and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding godown, hotel and petrol station. A minimum gross floor area of 51,311 square metres must be completed.
