Financial Secretary John Tsang visited Kowloon City today to learn about the latest progress of the Kai Tak development plan and better understand residents' needs.

 

Accompanied by Kowloon City District Officer Agnes Wong, Mr Tsang went to a vantage point in To Kwa Wan for a panoramic view of the Kai Tak development site. Deputy Director of Planning Ophelia Wong briefed him on the development plans, including the cruise terminal proposal.

 

Mr Tsang then walked along Fuk Lo Tsun Road and Hau Wong Road and chatted with shopkeepers and residents to learn about their views and needs.
