A Government lot in West Kowloon reclamation area has been sold for $5.56 billion in the third public land auction this financial year. The price was 32.4% higher than the $4.2 billion opening bid.
Kowloon Inland No. 11146 at Hoi Fai Road was sold to Smart Globe Limited this afternoon.
Designated for non-industrial - excluding hotel, cinema, petrol filling station and godown - purposes, the site area spans 11,353 square metres. A minimum gross floor area of 51,088 square metres must be completed.
