Sold!: Tuen Mun Town Lot No.422 at Tsing Lung Road, Area 58 in Siu Lam was sold to Evermatch (HK) for $960 million.

Two Government lots in Tuen Mun have been sold for $1.74 billion in the second public land auction this financial year.

Tuen Mun Town Lot No.422 at Tsing Lung Road, Area 58 in Siu Lam was sold to Evermatch (HK) for $960 million, which was 64% higher than the $585 million opening bid.

Designated for private residential purposes, the site area spans 15,030 square metres. A minimum gross floor area of 11,622 square metres must be completed.

The second lot, Tuen Mun Town Lot No.449 on Tsing Fat Lane, Area 58, Siu Lam, was sold to Citi-sky Development for $780 million, 48.6% higher than the $525 million opening bid.

Designated for private residential purposes, the site area spans 17,042 square metres. A minimum gross floor area of 13,293 square metres must be completed.
