West Kowloon site to be auctioned

Lands Department

A site on Hoi Fai Road in the West Kowloon Reclamation Area will be sold at this financial year's third Government land auction at the Cultural Centre on June 12.

 

Kowloon Inland Lot No.11146 will be offered at an opening bid of $4.2 billion.

 

Designated for non-industrial (excluding hotel, cinema, petrol station and godown) purposes, the site area spans 11,353 square metres. A minimum gross floor area of 51,088 square metres must be completed.

 

The final conditions of sale for the lot will be uploaded onto the Lands Department website by May 25.
