Another Tuen Mun site to be auctioned

Lands Department

Another Tuen Mun site will be put up for auction on May 29 with an opening bid of $585 million.

 

Tuen Mun Town Lot No.422 at Tsing Lung Road, Area 58 in Siu Lam will be offered for sale, together with another site triggered earlier - Tuen Mun Town Lot No.449 - at this financial year's second Government land auction at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Wan Chai.

 

Designated for private residential purposes, the site area spans about 15,030 square metres. A minimum gross floor area of 11,622 square metres must be completed.

 

The final conditions of sale for the lot will be uploaded onto the Lands Department website by May 11.
