There were 18 land transactions recorded in the first quarter realising a total land premium of $1.02 billion. The Land Registry recorded 13 lease modifications and one land exchange, of which seven were for residential and seven for non-residential developments.

Four are located on Hong Kong Island, eight in Kowloon and two in the New Territories. The transactions exclude Small House cases.

Another four lots were granted by private treaty. One was for an electricity substation in Kowloon, and the other three for public-housing developments.
