Land search offices to close

The Land Registry will close its search offices in North and Sai Kung Districts from April 16, as customers are switching to Internet searches, reducing use of counter services.

 

Owners' corporation registration services previously provided in the two offices will be taken up by the Sha Tin District search office at 9/F Sha Tin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road.

 

The registry has notified the North and Sai Kung District Councils of the closure and sent letter to owners' corporations in the two areas.
