Cheung Chau site fetches $96.5m

Lands Department

A Government lot at Shui Hang on Cheung Chau has been sold to Green View Investment for $96.5 million at a Lands Department auction today, well above the opening bid of $39 million.

 

The auction, held at the Cultural Centre, was the last public land auction of the financial year.

 

The site, Lot No.1848 in Demarcation District Cheung Chau, has a site area of about 10,382 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 2,491 square metres must be completed.
