Bids sought for Tai Kok Tsui project
*
Urban Renewal Authority

The Urban Renewal Authority has invited bids from 13 property developers for the Larch Street-Fir Street redevelopment project in Tai Kok Tsui.

It covers a site area of about 23,570 square feet. Upon completion, it will deliver a maximum gross floor area of about 212,160 square feet for residential and commercial use.

Following the expression of interest exercise which closed on February 9, the authority received 15 submissions. A tender review panel decided to invite 13 interested parties to submit bids, after taking into account their experience and financial strength to undertake the development in accordance with the requirements and criteria laid down by the authority.

All bids must reach the authority's headquarters at 10/F, Low Block, Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen's Road Central, by 5pm on March 16.
