A site on the Peak has been sold to Kintech Investment Limited for $1.8 billion, the Lands Department says.
Located at 12 Mount Kellett Road, the lot is a 7,353-square-metre site. The opening bid was $768 million.
The site is designated for private residential purposes and the developer must complete a minimum gross floor area of 2,378 square metres.
